How to jailbreak IOS devices running 4.2.1 firmware

supertouch101, and obviously this is my first post on this blog, so lets get started. As many of you know, with the new iPod touch comes the new firmware 4.2.1. There are not to many available jailbreaks for this firmware, but there is one. That is Redsn0w 0.9.6b4, which works with new devices such as the iPhone 4 and the iPod touch 4th generation. So what you will have to do is first download Redsn0w with this link: http://osxdaily.com/2010/11/23/redsn0w-0-9-6b4-download/.
Step 2: download the firmware supporting your device from here: http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/
Step 3: after downloading the firmware, save it to an easily accessible location.
Step 4: open Redsn0w and click "browse" and select your firmware.
Step 5: After selecting firmware, click next and follow the instructions. (on the checklist, select ONLY install cydia)
Step 6: After successfully jailbreaking the IOS device, you will see that cydia does not open.
Step 7: Go through the jailbreak process once more, except this time only select tethered jailbreak only. You will then see a pineapple show up on the screen which means the iPod was completely jailbroken.
Side Note: Note that this is a tethered jailbreak so turning off your device will result in restarting this process every time you turn your device off, so i don't recommend powering it down. (sleep mode is fine)
